Rapper Kanye West has been unable to stop smiling since girlfriend
Kim Kardashian gave birth to their baby daughter.
The couple have
named their first child North West and the
new father, who recently confessed he often looks miserable, is
delighted he has become a parent while reality star Kim has since been
showered with gifts.
A source said: “Ever since she was born,
Kanye has had a smile from ear to ear. He is still walking on air. Kim’s
room looked like a florists there were so many bouquets.
“Kanye
and Kim had many names in mind but both loved the name North." Almost cracking a smile

The revealing of the tot's name ends intense speculation which was sparked after
her birth on Saturday.
She is not thought to have a middle name and will be
called Nori for short.

West signed by Kim, 32, and Kanye, 36, was seen at Cedars-Sinai hospital
in West Hollywood, California, claimed a US gossip magazine.
Three
months ago, reality star Kim laughed off rumours they had chosen to
call their child North (watch below).
She joked on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno about considering a
compass point, adding: “I do like Easton, Easton West.”
Prior to
North’s birth on Saturday, the couple were reportedly keen on continuing
the ‘K’ theme that runs in Kim’s family – with Kaidence a possibility.
It
was also thought the child might have the middle name Donda after
Kanye’s mother, who died in 2007 following complications from cosmetic
surgery.
